Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

NinetyLoop is a customer-journey and shop-management platform operated by NinetyLoop ("NinetyLoop", "we", "us"), registered in India. For the personal data of shoppers captured in a shop’s account, the shop is the data fiduciary and NinetyLoop is the data processor acting on the shop’s instructions.

2. What we collect

Account data you give us: your name, business name, email, phone and billing details.

Customer-journey data your shop collects through NinetyLoop: a shopper’s name, phone number (stored encrypted), interests, purchases and service history.

Usage and device data: log data, IP address, browser type and actions taken, used to keep the service secure and working.

3. Why we use it

To provide the service (capture leads, route them, send WhatsApp messages you authorise, bill, and report).

To secure the platform, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your shop’s customer data to advertise to them on our behalf.

4. WhatsApp & messaging

Messages are sent over the official WhatsApp Business Platform and other channels you enable. Recipients can opt out at any time, and opt-outs are honoured automatically.

5. Data storage & security

Data is stored on servers in India. Phone numbers are encrypted at rest. Access is role-based and audited, records are soft-deleted (not silently erased), and backups are taken regularly.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct or export your data at any time, and request deletion subject to legal retention limits. A shop can export its entire database as Excel/CSV from within the product. To exercise a right, contact privacy@ninetyloop.app.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised on a scheduled basis.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be notified in-product or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
