Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of NinetyLoop, provided by NinetyLoop ("NinetyLoop", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
NinetyLoop provides software for capturing walk-in customers, routing leads, messaging, billing reconciliation, inventory, service and retention. Features available depend on your plan.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for your users’ activity, and for keeping credentials secure. You must have the right to process any customer data you enter.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, send unlawful or unsolicited messages, or violate WhatsApp / Meta platform policies or applicable law. We may suspend accounts that do.
4. Fees & billing
Paid plans are billed per shop as shown on the pricing page, plus pass-through messaging costs where applicable. Fees are exclusive of GST unless stated. You can cancel anytime; see the Refund Policy for details.
5. Your data
You own your data. We process it to provide the service and can export it to you on request or at exit. We do not sell it.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practical.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior twelve months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate per the plan terms. On termination you may export your data; after a grace period it is deleted per our retention schedule.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts at India having exclusive jurisdiction.
